✅ Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability.
✅ Customers Must provide accurate contact and address details.
✅ we reserve the right to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
Pricing & Payment
✅ Service charges are communicated before work beings.
✅ Any additional spare parts cost will be informed prior to replacement.
✅ Payment must be completed after service delivery.
✅We maintain transparent and fair pricing policy.
Warranty Policy
✅ We provide 100% genuine warranty & original spare parts.
✅ Warranty (if applicable) applies only to replace spare parts.
✅ Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, power fluctuation damage, or external physics damage.
✅ Warranty period details will be mentioned in invoice or service slip.
Customer Responsibility
Customer must :
✅ Provide safe access to appliance.
✅ Ensure proper power connection.
✅ Inform technician of previous history (if any).
